cook and it gave me a wonderful diversion from the pain and
suffering that I was going through both during my marriage and
after I was divorced. Today I cook for fun and enjoy every

goat cheese, pan fried Chilean sea bass with mango and papaya
salsa, and for dessert a Florentine cup with tropical sorbet.

This is one of my favorite easy to prepare dishes. It's
quick and easy and only requires a few minutes in the microwave.
